Chiropractic and learning Disabilities

Chiropractic and learning Disabilities

Chiropractic and learning Disabilities, recent research indicates a therapeutic connection between Chiropractic and learning Disabilities. In a review of the  literature by Pauli Y in the January 15, 2007 edition of JSVR,  eight different studies on Chiropractic and learning Disabilities were examined.  Across all eight studies results suggested a positive effect from chiropractic care with individuals diagnosed with learning disabilities and dyslexia. Due to the uniqueness of it’s treatment a chiropractic adjustment will often improve blood flow to the brain and relieve stress on the spinal cord . In an additional study by Goff in the Journal of Chiropractic Research results reflected by a chiropractic adjustment  can help balance autonomic function and can also be effective in reducing anxiety. By contrast medical drugs such as Ritalin can cause side effects such as behavioral disorders, neurological tics dry mouth and a host of other neurological disorders. Conditions such as Hyperactivity and Learning Disorders are increasing linked to childhood vaccinations as the shots themselves contained unsafe levels of mercury and neurotoxins. A chiropractic adjustment often has the effect of calming the nervous system and improve cognitive functioning through it’s treatment plan. All children should visit a chiropractor for a check up.  The office of Chiropractic Health and Acupuncture is located in Penfield NY and serves Webster, Pittsford and the greater Rochester NY area.
